 📦 SHIPPING
HONG KONG & MACAU

For Hong Kong 🇭🇰 customers who purchase over HK$1,000 / Macau 🇲🇴 customers who purchase over HK$1,500, FREE shipping will be extended and WLB will be responsible for providing the postal order number until the courier shows accepted.

For orders under the above-mentioned amount, Hong Kong customers will charge a flat rate fee at HK$30 / Macau customers will charge a flat rate fee at HK$45.

 

SOUTHEAST ASIA & OTHER COUNTRIES
✈️ Southeast Asia customers who purchase over HK$3,000 / Other overseas customers who purchase over HK$5,000 can get FREE shipping (Remote countries please consult us first). The shipping method is decided by WLB, if you want to change to designated courier or any other way of shipping, you need to notify us in advance, and the postage will be paid by the customer.

For orders under the above-mentioned amount, shipping fee will be calculated based on weight at checkout.

WLB will not be responsible for any loss of delivery or damage to the courier after it has been safely delivered to the carrier and a valid bill number has been provided.

We value every valued customer's after-sales experience and continue to work better to maintain the quality of our pre-sales and after-sales services.

We currently only accept replacement of damaged items. Please note that any used, opened, man-made damages, or minor appearance damages that do not affect the quality or use of the product, no exchanges or refunds will be made. We are also unable to offer returns or refunds for any products that have been subjected to adverse skin reactions by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to check their skin sensitivity before purchasing any product and WLB reserves the right to assess whether an exchange is justified. No refunds will be accepted under any circumstances after payment has been made.

In case of any dispute, WLB reserves the right of final decision.

🚚Order Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 3 to 10 working days. After shipment, you can track the delivery status through the link in the shipping notification email.
If there is any delay in delivery or temporary shortage of goods, we will notify you individually.

For urgent product delivery or special product handling arrangements, please contact customer service via email or WhatsApp, and provide the order number for individual remarks.
