We currently only accept replacement of damaged items. Please note that any used, opened, man-made damages, or minor appearance damages that do not affect the quality or use of the product, no exchanges or refunds will be made. We are also unable to offer returns or refunds for any products that have been subjected to adverse skin reactions by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to check their skin sensitivity before purchasing any product and WLB reserves the right to assess whether an exchange is justified. No refunds will be accepted under any circumstances after payment has been made.
