HONG KONG & MACAU

For Hong Kong 🇭🇰 customers who purchase over HK$1,000 / For Macau 🇲🇴 customers who purchase over HK$1,500, FREE shipping is extended and default to provide by SF Express. WLB will be responsible for providing the tracking number until the courier confirms receipt.

For orders below the above amount, Hong Kong customers will charge a flat rate shipping fee at HK$30 / Macau customers will charge a flat rate shipping fee at HK$45.

SOUTHEAST ASIA & OTHER COUNTRIES
✈️For Southeast Asia customers who purchase over HK$3,000 / For other overseas regions customers who purchase over HK$6,000, FREE shipping is extended (please consult us for orders to remote countries). Shipping method is determined by WLB. If you wish to use a courier or any other method requested by the customer, you must notify us in advance and the shipping fee will be paid by customer's own expense.

For orders below the above amount, shipping charges will be calculated by weight at checkout.

If shipping to a country subject to Customs duties or taxes (such as the United States), and the courier does not offer a Customs duties or taxes inclusive shipping option or customer does not select a Customs duties or taxes inclusive shipping route at the time of order placement, all additional customs duties or taxes levied upon arrival will be borne by the customer. WLB is not responsible for shipping duties or taxes.

Customers must notify us in advance if they require insurance for shipment to any regions, and the cost will be borne by the customer. WLB is not responsible for lost parcel after it has been safely delivered to the courier with a valid tracking number has been provided; for parcel damaged by the courier; or for shipments delayed, damaged, or lost due to Customs inspections.
